Boundary Fencing

The Boundary Fencing Project

The Boundary of Pinsent Campsite is some 700m around and the fencing has been in place for longer than anyone can remember. It has been repaired in various places over the years but it has now been decided to replace the whole perimeter. Over the years there has been problems with people coming onto the site via breaks in the fencing so it was decided to instal a more secure fencing system.

This project is being financed from Pinsent reserve funds and the work is being carried out by the Pinsent Maintenance Team. The first leg of the boundary, the Clarendon Way side, has been erected in 2023. This is the longet side, some 200m. The plan is to fence the other three sides at one a year. 2024 will be the opposite, North Eastern side, which is about 130m.
